Job Description:


We are looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join an agile team in developing a telecommunication project based on an advanced solution for an eCommerce platform as Hybris. The project is based on several squads working in a scaled agile framework to bring value to life on a stable cadence.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in IT Project Management
  • English (Upper-Intermediate)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business ethical attitude
  • Experience with risk management
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to make and own your decisions
  • Experience working with Clients directly

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with an e-commerce business
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP services

Responsibilities:

  • Act a servant-leader for a team, ensure robust processes, transparency within the team, constant improvements, removes team impediments, support and protect the team
  • Leading and facilitating scrum ceremonies and other communications
  • Serve as the first escalation point for the development team and act as the first contact point for outside the team communications
  • Ensure the communication and data transfer between different teams and manage cross-dependencies
  • Help with the release planning and end-to-end testing
  • Be responsible for sprint delivery and quality assurance
  • Early identification of issues and/or concerns that either has the potential impact on delivery
  • Providing the information, data, and reports regarding the status of delivery, activities
  • Manage capacity and priorities inside a team based on a roadmap
  • Configuration management and alignment towards releases
